You are NOT creative when you copy someone's build, be it CoC/anything with icewall/mjölner. You are just a crying copycat.
The biggest selling point of PoE is to make a build yourself where you try to "break the game". Now that the rules have changed, you have to be creative again and try new methods of achieving that. And don't worry about Mathil, unlike you, crying little one, he will figure out the next best things that you will be able to copy once more.
If you are concerned about balance, watch this:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ai6oMY4U0Yw and substitute "Azir" with whatever you are crying about.
Outlier builds do NOT increase diversity, they reduce it when the developers have to balance around them, making the other (95%) of the builds weak, half of them unplayably slow compared to the cookie cutter ones.
I made my build ONLY MYSELF. I never copied any build. So how I break the game? I didn't cheat. I didn't use any forbidden script or 3rd party programs. I didn't use any break of rules. I use just items what game gave me. And it's fully legal. So how I broke the game? Give me FACTS how I broke the game how I cheated?

Tell me someone, CoC have cd on cast any spell or cd will have each spell that linked with CoC?
2 cast on second or 6 (if i have 3 spells linked)

Bex confirmed on Reddit it's 500ms per spell, so 6.
@PathOfShalti

I had to do a triple take and while I certainly get the feeling behind your message, it could definitely use a bit of work in terms of style. Because, you know (inb4 english isn't my native language, don't worry mate it's not mine either), insulting people is way better with proper english!

Also yeah, only league matters. It's not like any of the balance changes is aimed at standard. Has never been, will never be.
Plus let's be real, while you're not guilty of that as eskstyle was, a "bye" from a player who has never contributed anything to the game and likely only builds what mathil does isn't exactly a "oh shit he's gone" moment :)

My answer.
How you know that players never contributed to the game? Because he don't have any title? So if he bought any microtransaction or stash tab it's not considered contribution in your eyes.
I have to laugh at these standard clowns who cant play their 10000000ex builds now.
I feed on your tears and they are delicious.
wow i'm shocked since when that mjolner nerf was there? wasnt there one day ago. They just added it like that? lol. Really? Nerf the legacy ones? Might as well Bring kaom's to 1.5k hp. XD

Break the game = create/figure out a build that is significantly better than the others. Stuff like Kripp's burning discharge back in the day, or fakener, or poison mines. Now that they are changed, you have to figure out something else to achieve the same power, instead of copying the same shit left and right. It's a good thing.
You totally misunderstood what I said.

He isn't saying you cheated, he is saying that trying to break the game (i.e. trying to find a crafty way of exploiting the rules) is part of the fun, and the challenge, of Path of Exile.

To be fair, his comment highlights a fairly common but somewhat myopic perspective - creative min/maxing might be the best thing for him (and many others), but there's no reason some might not come to the game for the engaging storyline, camaraderie of the player base, thriving economy, or even just to play and enjoy the smooth mechanics.

To quote a wise man in an orange jerkin: that's just his Way of the Ninja.

You can enjoy whatever you like about the game. GGG has given us a lot to play with, and though this patch his some of us hard (my top characters were Mjolner and LL CoC) I'm psyched to try out the Atlas, and to see what this Prophecy thing was all about. Who are the Pale Masters? Why is Natali collecting silver coins? Where are all the toads coming from?!!

Breaking a game does not mean "cheat". In this case it's meant using specific set of mechanics in a certain way to create OP build. This is something no developer can account for and therefore is something that may need adjustments.
Mjölner: Its chance to cast socketed lightning skills on hit has been increased from 30% to 100%. Use a Divine orb if you want your legacy one to change.

:D easy going :D

Other Balance Changes:
  • Players at very high levels (95 and higher) now incur an additional experience penalty equal to 1 - ( 1 / ( 1 + 0.1 * ( level - 94 ) ) ). For example, a level 96 player receives 16.67% less experience than before.

So people who have day jobs and stuff can no longer get level 100 in a league?

never got a char over 93. dont know why GGG do this shit. all guys who lvl 1-100 in few day will still have their ways (e.g. sreamers who get maps and currency from fanboys) and all casual (wich are the most ofc) get a kick in their ass

Presuming you meant that you literally don't know:
The xp penalty is to offset the new higher level content. As long as you try out the new content you should be gaining levels at roughly the same pace.
