Breaking a game does not mean "cheat". In this case it's meant using specific set of mechanics in a certain way to create OP build. This is something no developer can account for and therefore is something that may need adjustments.
Then you cannot call it BROKE also. If it's not cheating it's not breaking either.

The amount of salt in this thread is ridiculous.
You are NOT creative when you copy someone's build, be it CoC/anything with icewall/mjölner. You are just a crying copycat.
The biggest selling point of PoE is to make a build yourself where you try to "break the game". Now that the rules have changed, you have to be creative again and try new methods of achieving that. And don't worry about Mathil, unlike you, crying little one, he will figure out the next best things that you will be able to copy once more.
If you are concerned about balance, watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ai6oMY4U0Yw and substitute "Azir" with whatever you are crying about.
Outlier builds do NOT increase diversity, they reduce it when the developers have to balance around them, making the other (95%) of the builds weak, half of them unplayably slow compared to the cookie cutter ones.
I made my build ONLY MYSELF. I never copied any build. So how I break the game? I didn't cheat. I didn't use any forbidden script or 3rd party programs. I didn't use any break of rules. I use just items what game gave me. And it's fully legal. So how I broke the game? Give me FACTS how I broke the game how I cheated?
Break the game = create/figure out a build that is significantly better than the others. Stuff like Kripp's burning discharge back in the day, or fakener, or poison mines. Now that they are changed, you have to figure out something else to achieve the same power, instead of copying the same shit left and right. It's a good thing.
You totally misunderstood what I said.
If I figure out another significantly better build than the others. Will be OP again. So it deserve to be nerfed? Right? So actually to your satisfaction all build suppose to be equal right?

Why? Unintentional consequence cannot be "broken"? Are you sure about that?

I've literally spent all my time in POE saving up for legacy Mjolnir. Finally bought one three days ago and was super pumped to try it out. Now, I might as well vendor it with the 30/50 > 100% change and the 2000ms cool-down. There goes the 50ex I just spent :(
More than the ex, it's so frustrating to work towards a goal for a year+ only for it to be taken away...
I don't have a ton of time to devote to the game and having a long term goal made me excited to play. Not saying that I'm going to quit, I just don't know how enjoyable I'll find the game if I'm constantly wondering if GGG is going to destroy everything I've worked for. I understand balance changes, but this is just downright insulting.
2000ms cooldown?? I'm pretty sure that isn't right...

My answer. (I hate this forum layout)
Sure. Because game suppose to be without those "Unintentional consequences". That why developers exists and have beta servers.

So no, you'll still be here, complaining over the nerf in the next league or the next server crash/restart.

I think the same. Maybe even 500ms will not be there or mjolner is dead anyway.
