Hacked Accounts

what a joke first time i ever been hacked 15 years of gaming

the amount of time i had invested and the gear all gone (also had 2 6 links in stash) with all 20% qual gems

its crazy that items cant be restored no point playing this game no more

I hope this gets sorted out quick I dont want to get into the game and my stuff gets hacked and stolen.

My poe account has been hacked ,and everything was deleted , there was some good stuff like lioneyes glare 5L6s a few 20q gems a very good eva chest with max life and 3 res ,and now have to start from the beginning ,it's very sad that poe don't try to help hacked accounts to restore to a date in time ? why not you won't suffer much ? and online economy for players that have their accounts hacked it's not an excuse ,try to help and don't try to say "fuck off i don't care and its your problem "

Well 3 months down the toilet. Now Who,What,Why and most important HOW! did someone hack my account without POE sending me that E-Mail asking for a UNlock Code!?!?!?!

Can we get the original post updated to this thread please. Last edited was on Feb 20th. It mentions a new security system being put into place. Reading posts sounds like that is up and running yet I don't feel like reading 100 pages of I was hacked, rage rage rage. Maybe a mod who has been following this thread can reply and state any new important information that is good to know. Even the other thread about security is 4 months old. Come on ppl. No updates?

Does having the game remember password affect security?
