Also, that completely overtuned Reach nerf? Nice, that's a cute mid tier bow nobody will use. Suggestion: Now that there's literally no reason to do the Pale Council ever, what with all the items being vendor trash, maybe remove the quest chain entirely so it doesn't waste prophecies anymore? I'll even pretend I didn't see Pale Council on the challenge list.

No love for Jack the Axe? I love this unique 1h axe so much thematically but it just pales in comparison to a crafted 1h axe. Here's to hoping the 1h base buffs are enough to make this weapon relevant in mid to high maps.

Otherwise, love the changes and can't wait for 2.6!

the drawback is not enough to pass for more than 200% crit multi + free culling strike !!!

nothing about vaal pact ? or ES ? so as usual it'll be path of crit/CI/VP the novelty will be everyone spell/proj ?

GGG, really stupid changes, you ruin some fun (but not OP) builds like CWC Vortex/Icestorm (Pyre ring nerf + AOE nerf).
Why dont change Queen of the forest? Really RotC interested bow (before Death's Opus), you nerf to Opus, and lower (damn, Opus is 44 level bow, and last fortress before rares!!!).
Yes, you try give some fresh breeze to forgotten builds, but look, they are all crap before most meta build last league: "HOWA + VP + Vinktar + ST", and... nothing. Damn nothing change. Are you blind, or some designers dont want change build of their child?
Looks like 50% will run in meta HOWA + ST, other 50% will run "Any skill + Added Chaos + Void manipulation" for double dip.

May be its time for uninstall...
