Some nice buff for unused items, some of them still useless though

f.e. (The Rat Cage: No longer has -5% Maximum Fire resistance. Now has -50% fire resistance.)

W8ting till 3.0 for the real balance changes.

Either I need coffee or you need to explain wtf you mean 'Cyclone nerf', nothing in the patch notes about Cyclone o.O I know AoE in general got nerfed, but what's it got to do with Cyclone?

Probably to set a limit to the power creep at some point. We can't always get more damage, more life, more speed, more everything. Otherwise we will get such stupid big numbers like in diablo 3. 1 billion damage, 500k dot damage, 50k life and so on.
