The Life vs Energy Shield balance will probably be addressed in the 3.0 Patch, let's be patient guys =)

It's basically gonna have ~15% less AoE (with 20q Cyclone + a lvl20 AoE gem) than before because of the way Cyclone works. It is based on weapon range and then that weapon range is affected by AoE changes. Since they are changing the system on how AoE works it basically ends up hurting Cyclone Builds.
Note that if you add no quality and no AoE to Cyclone, the radius stays the same (obviously).

So if this is correct it's definitely getting nerfed.

It would be nice to add details on the one handed weaps base dmg increase, I assume no divine is required for those changes to apply (not talking about the phys mods)

You can now only have one instance of Blade Vortex active at once.

Does that means that spell echo will not double cast BV at once ? or it can't go over 20 stack of BV ?

I'm a bit disappointed with the Animate Weapon limit. It's what made this skill unique and interesting for me.

Also Summon Skeletons and Skeleton Mages ignored as per usual :(

reset passives comes after the actual update and new league starts.
