Where u take 300 int for Mj? I can take it only with Astramentis in 65 lvl %(
Cool build.

Just wondering how important is Saffel's Flame for this build?

Could I use another shield instead, e.g. something that gives more armor/life/block chance?

**EDIT: Same question with Repentance, how much of a DPS loss is it to use normal life/res gloves? Could I sub the Iron Will gem into my gear or is there no room for it? Cheers.

You're only missing lvl 21 puritys but everything else is beautifully set up. That legacy Divination Flask <3

If you want some more DPS boost against Bosses use either Vinktars flask or Righteus fire (Vinktars being the better option).

Question, what do think about dropping faster attack speed gem on lightning strike and putting in a +chain gem instead? Any pros or cons you see to it?


You have allready chain. Mjolner itself does +1 chain which is more than enough.

For jewels spell dmg + spell dmg while holding a shield + life. Or ele/spell dmg + life. Or stats that you need + life.

From tree and gear. If you need more go ahead and grab some +30 int from tree.

Both are BIS. You'll end up having like 5.5k life with this build. For physical mitigation you'll have tons of armor so this 5.5k life will feel like 10k ES. You dont need block really. Without Saffels Frame you will not have enough elemental mitigation with 5kish life. +4% to max (or +5% if legacy Saffels) is HUGE. Especially vs cold dmg as theres no Purity of Ice in the build.

Repentance is extremely good as it provides ~80% spell dmg increase that you really need on top of 100% from Mjolner as theres not much spell/ele dmg from tree.

I wrote about jevels allready. Molten strike is just trigger skill. Can be on lvl 1.

Blood rage you can use. But you will only benefit from it vs pack clearing (which is not that needed).

why you use grace and not arctic armour? 13% flat damage reduction is not good?

devoto devotion an a option? ( attack and movement speed, +dex and +resist chaos and good armour ) or the best is always alpha?

I got 2 changes in rico's brilliant build:

1: A +3 projectile Devoto with lvl 3+ enlighten is even better than alpha,bcause of high dexterity and chaos resistence(really important to facetank).
2:Change the Grace into Purity of ice and using Immortal Call. As far as i tested, you merely lose any DPS but with 10 endurance charge Immortal Call,its even easier in Überlab and T16+ maps!
