3.11 -- Righteous Fire Juggernaut / Chieftain (Outdated and Abandoned)
Hi guys.First of all this my first post after 3 years as i got back in the game and i am trying to setup my old rf marauder again. I have to say this guide made it easy for me to plan out how things should work.Now to my question. I want to plan the gear and the gems that i will buy so i want your opinions. I am thinking of having :
1) A helmet with level 20 burning damage support linked with Vaal Rf+Elemental Focus+Efficacy+Increased Area of Effect 2)Gloves with level 20 Faster Attacks linked with Shield Charge+Increased Critical Strikes+Fortify+Blood Magic 3)A sceptre with lvl 20 Elemental Focus linked with Scorching RAy+Infused Channeling+Burning Damage Support 4)Boots linked with Storm Brand+Increased Critical Strikes+Cwdt+Culling strikes and now i think i am leaning into using a triple aura setup but i am not really sure if its the best option. The options that i thought are : a)Purity of fire(21)+Purity of ice(21)+Vitality on my +2 to aura gems saffell's frame and spend 4 passive points for sovereignty ( my skill tree is exactly as the guide so if this option what should i dump?). b)Purity of fire(21)+ purity of ice(21)+ enlighten (lvl 3 or 4 not sure if 3 is enough) on my +2 saffell's and ditch cwdt (i really like auto casting) from my storm brand and put vitality there. c)Stay with Vitality+purity of fire and maybe link them with an empower gem so that i dont need lvl 21 auras and have more mana for my scorching ray and storm brand ( i dont now with the other options if it will be enough) So these were my thoughts.Please help me decide. Any thoughts on these or maybe better options are extremely welcome.Thanks in advance :) |

So... Can we say that PJ with 9000 HP or more is nerfed?
Then, I only see nerf the % dmg for the enemies, so: Will do we receive the same dmg % for us? |

And the disscussion about what is better (Jugg or Chieftain), dunno....
Its true that phys reduction and armor is better for jugger, but life reg + immune burning and dmg for chieftain.... In addition, is easier and more comfortable get endurance charges with chieftain... I could do some tests with path of building, and only swapping ascendences, I only get +3% physical red with jugg (90% from 87%) but I lose 8-10% dmg from Dot and 1/3 life regeneration. Just, we don't need life for dealing dmg, but we need kepp it for our Regeneration and our survival. So, in general is an important nerf. We can't get dmg and tankiness with life. |

Since righteous fire now also deals fire damage will it make triggering elemental equilibrium with a non-fire skill obsolete, and thus heightening the monster fire res? Or is it just fuzzy wording?

Any for rf interesting MORE dot damage nodes on the tree? |

" Note really. All important nodes are included in the guide. But is useless to start some therycrafting without new nodes. Just wait 1-2 days and then, we can to discuss properly. |

" Some old nodes got reworked. ex: holy fire: before: 20% fire damage, 40% burn, 15% c to ignite; now: 12% fire damage over time multipler, 20 fire 15 ignite. Some other nodes got fire damage over time, but not much (3-6%). In total u can stack up to 52% fire damage over time multipler, but it will cost u ALOT of points. Like, u get 25% from old nodes which u usually take anyways, and for new nodes u'll spend around 9 points in +10str-like nodes and 5 points for multipler itself. Also Chief got 25% multi in his ascendancy. No new nodes (PoB v1.4.149). |

" It should act similar to the Deaths Oath' Death Aura skill - so nothing new about EE use with RF. Slow down for a minute to enjoy the beauty around us.
