Tencent has Invested in Grinding Gear Games

All of you who ever supported GGG are the suckers.

You thought they (GGG) were in it to make a fun game. Nope.

They were in it for the big score, all along. Make that $$$$.

They could do it one of two ways:

1) Continue to hope, pray and beg every month (every week?) for all of the player base to continue to buy MTXs, packs, etc. Rinse, repeat ad nauseum.

2) Sell out one time, for some serious coin. Problems solved. Family fortunes cemented.


Now ask yourself, which would you do?

I fully support, and congratulate, GGG for selling out - that's the ultimate goal since day 1.

Any of you who think or believe otherwise is living in fantasy land. That ain't how the real world (tm) works.

Enjoy the new tax brackets GGG - you earned em! :)

stop bitching about, you dont want to give money to tencent and game will fail. 99% of the ppl posting that shit here spend money on LOL in the past years. And most ppl dont regret it. So calm down everyone we will see what awesome expansions we get now GGG has alot more ressources to make a even better gaming expierience.

I'll never understand why you sell even a part of your own great idea. That's stupid and a shame.
If I invented something so successful that other inventors would offer me billions of dollars, I would say, "This is my baby, my pride, and it stays with me, no matter what!"
Likewise, when other developers are interested in portions of my invention.

A good developer will never give his baby out of hand if it succeeds!

Most people don't....Wait, you know what most people do?

My prediction stands...At least one of the founders is gone within 18 months. And they will be at another game, possibly of their own design.
