This seems like it's going to utterly ruin any build that uses the Trap support gem, and make it so the only traps worth taking are the basic ones. If the worry was that people could throw dozens of seismic traps in a couple seconds, why not just make it so seismic trap can't be supported by multitrap and clustertrap?

What's the point of attaching any spell or attack to traps if you can only use that spell or attack once every four seconds? Even totems with zero cast speed are faster than that.


I think you missed the part of trap support having no cooldown any longer either.
Soooo many skill reworks, new skills and buffed skills, but not one single change for summoners? No ascendancy changes, no skill tree changes, no new gems, no reworked skills, no buffs... Come on! There is so much to choose from! Give zombies better AI and better defense, give srs some love, give us some new top tier spectres, so we have more than three to choose from (solar guards, frost sentinels, tukohama vanguards), etc etc etc.

So you replaced bloodlines with anarchy and random warbands. I love that because I really didn't have hopes of sustaining t:10 maps and I didn't have hopes of leveling some more characters on Standard. Breach being nerfed totally motivates me to play, grind, and spend 6c per map for reduced drops too! I love giving my 100s of chaos orbs to other players for maps that ought to be dropping for me instead.
probably been mentioned but i'm pretty disappointed by the only small buff to "base" ignite damage and then simply baking further ignite buffs into specific skills. it's essentially GGG saying "if you want ignite to do damage, you have use these" which is horribly limiting and creates more overloaded skills. you won't do anywhere near as much damage with e.g. converting to fire + ignite or, one of my favourite builds ever, minion instability + ignite. i was hoping the buffs would make it playable again but what happened is basically just buffs to Fireball, Flameblast, Incinerate and Burning Arrow and if you want to ignite with anything else, tough.
