I'm a bit confused with the passive tree, some of the changes seem very suboptimal, mainly regarding to the Death Attunement passive. If we get so close to it for the jewel slot, why not just use 4 points to get to DA and use the amulet anoiment for something else? Especially since a lot of points are allocated to random minion dmg nodes

Thanks

Yea, I am not going to annoint Death Attunement. I will spend the 5 points to get it, 4 of which actually provide a boost to the build and are as good as the random damage nodes taken, and then annoint Charisma and take the left route to Sovereignty (one more passive there too). I will then be able to also fit in Aspect of the Spider. Which is an abolutely huge offensive and defensive boost. It is a no-brainer for me. 15% more damage and everything slowed? Also, Charisma has some aura effectiveness.

So in total, I remove 5 of the random minion damage nodes which were taken in the PoB and lose a tiny amount of DPS because only 1 new node will not provide damage. Then get Death Attunement, annoint Charisma and gain 18% DPS and a slowing aura.

And with how easy it is to cap resists, I was struggling to find uses for the suffixes on my items anyways, so Spider will fit in easily... So yea, thats at least my plan :D

@Kay: What do you think?

Cool, i think i'll do that as well. I don't really know the tree so i had no idea what i could do to optmize it. Just wondering, what exactly is aspect of the spider?

Aspect of the Spider is a perfect fit for this build, becasuse we often straight up run through packs and Concating our spectres in. So both the slow and increased damage taken will already affect the monsters.

So in total, I remove 6 of the random minion damage nodes which were taken in the PoB and lose a tiny amount of DPS because only 2 new nodes will not provide damage. Then get Death Attunement, annoint Charisma and gain some good DPS and a slowing aura.

And with how easy it is to cap resists, I was struggling to find uses for the suffixes on my items anyways, so Spider will fit in easily... So yea, thats at least my plan :D

Avian is better. Spider is +5% damage per 1s. If you clear quickly, then you don't get bonus from it really.

The tree is actually set up for the next upgrade: cluster jewels. That's why it paths close to two outer sockets. The extra random damage nodes are really just fill for 95 -> 100, but I think we can start crafting good clusters soon.

True, but first:

I think spider is much better than avian, since avian is only 10% more DPS half of the time, and only a bit of movement speed the other half. So effectively it is a measly 5% more damage on average...

And the 30% slow from spider is a huge defensive benefit. And we don't need damage while clearing, so the 3 second build up is not relevant. It will be at 15% when it counts, during endgame boss fights.

Also, I don't think getting an aspect and use clusters are exclusive options. Doing both is possible. Even more so with my next idea:

I just realized that there is a better option, where we don't path to Death Attunement, still annoint it and still fit in an Aspect.

Awakener Orb "Hatred has 25% reduced Mana Reservation" on an "+1 to Level of all Intelligence Skill Gems" amulet. With life and mana catalysts that becomes 30% reduced reservation. The only tree change needed then is 1 single passive thats needed to path through the left side of Sovereignty.

So for the investment of 1 passive point and a probably large amount of currency we could fit in an Aspect.

I think I'm gonna do that. With garden crafts we can easily make shitty awakener orbed items into what we want, just remove the bad and add the good.

Btw, kind of finished my boots:

Still no T1 chaos resist, but I keep trying. And of course the enchant is wrong. Not 100% sure yet if I want to keep the Fortify or craft cannot be frozen. It is an easy to make change though, so maybe I'll just try this for now.

Hi, everyone! I uploaded a new guide to youtube.

Two of the most common questions I see are: "How do I get redemption sentries?" and "I lost my spectres, can someone share redemption sentries?"

So I made this guide for finding redemption sentries (and knights) and how to save them in a spectre bank so you never have to ask anyone for them again! You can save a lot of difficult spectres like this, too!

PoE 3.11 - Harvest League - How-to Guide: Finding Redemption Sentry and Saving in a Spectre Bank

I hope this helps!

Thanks Kay!

I was about to level a character to 28 to do this, then saw in the video about PVP Only characters - perfect!
Damn, I hate summoning zombies when I login, before mapping.
I'm going to replace them with something else, but... what/how/why? xD

That's called pain. Get used to it.
What should I think before I buy gloves and helmet to play Redemption Sentries? My chest is 6 blue sockets right now, going to change 1R-2G-3B before I manage to have 3 whites. Just wondering if there is something that I can miss. Got 5 spectres and gem is lvl 26

After a change, I will try to buy Unending Hunger

I'm not that far yet, but I have a feeling the very optimal thing for you to do is spam the heck out of the betrayal stuff to try to get Vorici to research so you can get two white sockets.

Made the switch over to the updated 3.11 spectre build (except im keeping the zombies in the animate guardian support minion gem setup), and while my spectres are performing, I feel really squishy. Thinking about rolling back to Mistress of Sacrifice and Bone Offering. Or should i be aggressively pursuing my 5th spectre?

Here's my gear atm, looking to probably upgrade wand next via fossil crafting in hopes of a +2.

Can somebody help me. I have doubt about the frost bomb in this build. Even with avatar of fire frost bomb still do 50% cold /50% fire damage. Will the elemental equilibrium not activate for the cold damage it does?

With avatar of fire we can only deal fire damage.
