"Thank you BestBronyNA. It's kind of you to say. I really hope you like the build. Let me know what you think. :) I'm always open to making the build better..as long as I can play it. https://www.ForeverExiled.com/: Forever Exiled, A Path of Exile Podcast

"Hey Rhilnix. Thanks for giving the build a try. I agree, on paper Malevolence looks weak for the 50%. PoB says it gives just over 8000dps to RF. So we'll see. I don't see much better going in for mana reservation though. Defense wise, this build is constantly moving. If you're concerned about defense do what suits your playstyle. The less I have to think about, the less I die. But I'm sorry, I don't completely understand your second paragraph. Thanks for the post. https://www.ForeverExiled.com/: Forever Exiled, A Path of Exile Podcast

"Thanks for the compliment! I think your idea is awesome! Change the build anyway you like! Your setup would do good damage! More damage the better...as long as you stay alive. You could even 6link RF with 4 supports and have Scorching Ray as the 6th gem. They use the same supports. I die the more there is to do, so my bonus "active skill" is Enduring Cry ;) https://www.ForeverExiled.com/: Forever Exiled, A Path of Exile Podcast

"Hey domesz666, I don't provide step by step guides for any aspect of the game as I find new people learn more from the game by choosing for themselves. But I do give a general guidance for this build as RF does require lots of the passive tree to function. So, I strongly suggest taking every node as it comes up, not really skipping anything. Go south first and then get every node/section as you cross it. So just start at the very bottom of the tree and grab every node before you keep moving up. You'll find it a good balance of everything you need. I hope that helps. https://www.ForeverExiled.com/: Forever Exiled, A Path of Exile Podcast

"Hey Dakmathos, Thanks for the message! I don't have anything setup for the Scion right now. I have a Trickster with Caustic Arrow that works the same as all my other builds, but I won't be making that one until 3.7 is released and GGG updates their Attacks like they just did their spells. The reason I chose Chieftain is the amount of Life regen that it's the Ascendancy. No other ascendancy even came close. The Chieftain has a lot of other great perks that coincide well as well. The Scion has would probably require The Guardian and the Trickster nodes. But it wouldn't be nearly enough regen...and you'd be dependant on killing within every 4 seconds. You'd need specific gear to sustain RF with her. If you got RF to work with the Scion, you'd have to keep moving. I doubt you could get it tanky without the perfect gear. To answer your second question, I love the Scion. I've been trying to make her work in a build for forever. The problem is, everytime I find a really good skill that I like and match it well with the Scion ascendancy nodes, there's always another ascendancy that is way better. Minions, damage over time, life regen, CI, Aura effectiveness, they all are better elsewhere. Her Heralds are more effective than the Elementalist Witch. We'll get there eventually, but I just haven't been able to find a good reason to use her instead of another ascendancy (for skills I like). You've got me thinking about her again though. I have a busy time coming up ahead (I'll be AFK for a couple weeks). I'll brainstorm and maybe come up with something. Thanks for the post! Feel free to give feedback or let me know what skills you think the Scion would be good with. https://www.ForeverExiled.com/: Forever Exiled, A Path of Exile Podcast Last edited by Wrecker_of_Days#7691 on Mar 10, 2019, 1:16:02 AM

"Thank you for the kind compliments. I really appreciate it. And I'm glad you liked the Zombie build. I love it. And thanks again for your pastebin link while we were waiting for PoB. That's very kind of you. https://www.ForeverExiled.com/: Forever Exiled, A Path of Exile Podcast

Did you try "Iron Will" gem insteal of "Multiple Totem"? Seems there is 2880 more Average Hit without any gear.
5 STR = 1% Spell Damage. Without any gear, there is 376 STR on build. So 75% more spell damage. Multiply this with STR from gear. And you have used "Art of Gladiator" on Passive Tree link but its not included on PoB. Any thought? Last edited by signonthe#6518 on Mar 10, 2019, 3:55:09 AM

"Hey! Ya, I considered it. You bring up a good point. But three totems does more damage together (against one target) than one with Iron Will. Let's say my totem deals 100 damage with all its support gems. If I add Multiple Totem Support, I lose 21% damage but can have a total of 3 totems. 100-21=79. 79*3=237. Also, more totems means more targets for enemies to focus on and more ground will be covered by Consecrated Ground. It'll just need some thought into mana. We'll see. I did have Art of the Gladiator on the original tree, and then had second thoughts and removed it when I posted the Pastebin. I had it selected only for the movement speed. I have updated my pictures and links as a result so thanks for pointing it out! https://www.ForeverExiled.com/: Forever Exiled, A Path of Exile Podcast

" I feel we need strong defensive option against spell damage hit too. Maybe with shield and rumi (https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Rumi%27s_Concoction) and / or some block spell damage. I am thinking about it. Last edited by Rhilnix#5695 on Mar 10, 2019, 5:20:48 AM

" There is not anything against spell damage (fully) as defensive. You can only mitigate it with HP + regen/life gain/Potions. In other hand, build is wide open for any personal play style. |
