with 70% recovery speed on movement skills, you are overall faster with Stampede + flame dash then with a flask. Also, Flame dash allows you to skip over oobstacles and stampedes give you another allocation + no reduced speed when cycloning.

Overall just the better choice.

The REAL budget build for me was definitely the Slave Driver Raise Spectre build by Furty. Necro's playstyle is by far my most favorite so far.

Like, if I would drop a 6L sword randomly, would that work as well, for the start at least? Do I need a specific mod? I've read something about damage type conversion, is that needed to make it work? Or can I first use random gear + your gem setup and I'd be fine?

i dont leech any life with over 1000 strength?

You only use empower if it grants you 1 extra zombie? Needs empower 4 for that atm and that's too expensive. Should I just replace the empower with ruthless?

A zombie/Baron summoner appears to be the meta this league.
It's better to follow another summoner guide if you find these items too expensive (they are for me).

If you don't use most of this guide's gear, the character will be very squishy until you can get the missing gear/jewels.

It's a great guide, but I think the expensive gear should be a 'con' when describing the build.

I had 4 spectres with Queen's escape, but if I replace it with a crafted 2h I lose +1 to spectres, how do I achieve 4 spectres without Queen?
