[3.13] Doomfletch Split Arrow Mines - Starter Viable - End Game Capable - High Damage, Low Budget

I've been playing this build for a while now and am really enjoying it. Its a bit of a challenge balancing the life/strength/resistances with damage having so many uniques but i guess thats part of the fun of it. I do have 1 question though.. Is there any reason we do not use the 'Damage Penetrates 10% of Enemy Elemental Resistances if you haven't Killed Recently' enchantment? It seems to be quite a big DPS increase for me, close to 3% over the crit one, and i'm pretty sure we don't kill recently after testing the onslaught boot craft and never getting a speed boost. I was wondering if there could be a variant using The Eternity Shroud and all shaper items (since every recommended unique can be chanced from a shaped base with the exception of Circle of Guilt, which would have to be replaced with another rare ring), simply to triple-dip on the huge "elemental as chaos" modifier. Napkin math, it should be about a 80-100% more damage multi that ignores resistances, but of course it would really push the budget higher and require a rethinking of defensive layers. The biggest con not mentioned is that you actually NEED to use 2nd doomfletch for single target.... PM ME on forums if i win ;)

You dont NEED one, its just a QoL improvement.
I played this build for 2 weeks, with just 1 and it was all fine. Just need to swap out trap and mine damage for Barrage Supp. Got a second 6 Link for 20 Chaos, so i just took it. " In the cons section: " Sorry for passing on all of the POB evaluations guys, I stopped playing the league a while ago, and PoB becomes a foreign language if I haven't been using it regularly! Lol. As for the new league, it's looking good for this build! Delirium was pretty rough because the mine playstyle just didn't mesh at all with deliriums "Don't stop, or you die!" mechanics, and the build, while not "squishy" per se, is definitely not very tanky. Harvest seems to be back to a "click button to spawn bad guys" like Metamorph, which works EXTREMELY well with mines, so this build will likely be very good in Harvest. Once patch notes drop, I'll update the guide with any needed changes, and post a YT video addendum to the original guide with all the new info, like optional 6 links, leveling strats, reasons we don't really use cluster jewels, and anything that might have changed with 3.11. Looking at the new Chainbreaker node. Will be a great option for DPS min/maxers, not so much if you like survivability. Socketing the node above Acrobatics with the Timeless jewel, and forgoing Acrobatics (and the 4 points behind it being respecced to Throatseeker) will result in a ~5% full time damage boost compared to Coated Shrapnel, not even considering the DPS boost of Berserk, which will give you 20% more for 10 seconds or so. Downside is, you lose Acrobatics and Phase Acrobatics, and have to make up a lot of mana regen (roughly 25/sec). Hopefully this league isn't as punishing as Delirium, because this will make things pretty rippy. Lol.

3.11 updates are in progress. Currently working on the leveling stuff, making sure the 1-28 experience is cleaner than last league (Hint: It is much better this time. Lol.). Will be updating the build guide as I go along, adding observations from last league and theorycrafting stuff regarding the new league as info is released.
