Content Update 3.14.0 -- Path of Exile: Ultimatum

Just to clarify: "The small node in this cluster that previously granted increased Cooldown Recovery for Stance Skills now grants 10% reduced Reservation of Stance Skills."

So if I pick that node, will my Flesh and Stone be 25% mana reserved again or 31.5% mana reserved? I read it as 10% off as in 25% mana reserved again.

Can anyone confirm?

Last league it was already a big hit to DPS and survivability with the changes to the Assassin Ascendancy, but now OMG. It really hurts. Do you remember back in 2.0(2014) Scion's Discharges Rainbownuke was the best build in the game having a dps count of around 1-5 million with legacy gear including Shav's and Mjölner which at the time had a cost of around 120exalts to make, while all other builds capped out at around 100-200k dps probably not right? before your time.

Well this build ruled for 2 years with versions that inspired Mathil's Fakener and other Discharge builds until it was kneecapped and became utterly useless until Ritual another 7 years later.

Cluster jewels NERFED TO THE GROUND!
They seems to be pushing everyone to play incursion content with physical damage overtime. Definitely, not my favorite.

But I want to speak about something else which is important.

They are strengthening the gambling aspect by psychologically taking advantage on individuals with addiction to gambling and risking.
This may look innocent in the scope of action role playing game, but I can guarantee it has a severe impact on young's people character development.

Having gambling addiction which can ruin your life and the life of your family, because you have played Path of Exile is just sad, but it can happen.

It already ruins your life by just consuming it.

Just have a moment and think for a second that you can farm exalts per hour with a ratio greater than everyone in the world, but everyone in the world farms time with the same speed, except probably the few guys living on ISS atm.

is there value overlap in tiers now? or is that just a typo?
I agree with most of the changes done in this patch.

I only feel that harvest changes are very very rude. The problem in harvest is with trade and TFT discord. This could have been changed by account bounding item until 50 000 kills were done with the item. So SSF would remain.
Killing harvest will decimate the diversity builds.
But let's be optimistic. Nothing is done or nerfed for eternity. I just hope dev will understand this and will find a medium way between 3.13 and 3.14.


Still hyped for ultimatum. We will have more QoL and blood skills seems cool.
