sigh... the two things I really thought were cool about the game and don't hurt my FPS at all... the auras and the visual representation of all the elemental effects of an attack... every game is missing the visual addition of added elements... this game had that... now it wont. goodbye cool little bells and whistles...

there are guidlines because of vendor recipes and usefulness.

A scouring and alch will never be more or less then a chaos because its the same effect.

A fusing will never be more then the vendor price of 8 alts.

GCP also has vendor recipes. These are where this unnamed site gets a majority of its ratios from. Its widely accepted because it is a set guideline. Absolute..no, but a guideline yes.

and thats exactly why an exalted will be what ever the seller/buyer agree on because exalts have no vendor recipe.

Not really. Scouring has other uses that increases it's value, like regret orbs or chance crafting of uniques.

He meant that a chaos isn't going to be worth mroe than a scour and alch*

Wait so you are asking us what you should do?

No, I'm asking if there is gonna be a change or if this game gonna be a boring 1/2 skill grind with the build copied from the streamers (so basicly the game just requires time unless u play races and/or HC) or if it's gonna get intresting ? FPS need time and practice (agility and fast thinking) too be good. Strategy need long term thinking... LOL needs both,,,, . POE/D3 need luck and what ? Agility ? nope. Thinking ? Nope, best builds are handed to you. All u need is to know what build is good and the price to sell you'r drops for... . No story, no variation, no skill, no balance... .

uhh... you play the game how you want... if you copy paste online builds and let people tell you how to play that is your own problem. same thing can apply to fps or strategy games... bext way to win FAQ's arent exclusive to this type of game. lrn2play

The Silverbranch unique item has been changed so that it only grants +1 to bow skills. Old ones will not change unless you use a Divine Orb on them.

I don't like legacy items. This seems like a bad precedent.

You mean an awesome one?

Best part of D2 was the sweet .08 items, and being around now to get them before they become legacy is awesome too

We did the elemental attack thing because before you would always play the cold fire and lightning effect every time you hit. Even if you had like +0.000001 fire damage it would still play the fire effect. Now you can actually tell what your dominant damage type is when you hit things. Before it was just this ugly mush of red blue and white all smashed together into one big ugly cloud effect :P. You couldn't even see the blood once you got some elemental damage before. Now you can.

The auras are now just cleaner and crisper with more personality. They fit the PoE world a lot better instead of the old mushy disco balls at characters feet.
