Content Update 3.17.0 -- Path of Exile: Siege of the Atlas

Can you not keep the tainted currencies from Scourge on Standard or put into core at least...? I don't understand the reasoning behind at least keeping the tainted currencies. Yet you're fine with bringing in new experimental currencies into Standard with the Atlas expansion. Tainted blessings for one were an incredible addition for adding enchants onto armor and even belts that got corrupted before enchanting them.

Also, is it too much to ask for us to get Ultimatum back by now? Chris was saying in either Ziggy's or Tarke's live stream that Ultimatum will be back with this expansion. Maybe it's a lot to ask but I don't feel it's too much? Or is this going to turn into another one of those mechanics that you put on the backburner for too long and end up ruining it like with 3.6 Synthesis & 3.11 Harvest to where it's not even close to what the mechanic was originally or removed altogether?

This is also about just having content to play on Standard. We exist too you know.

Lower the damage of player Ignite by 28%

means.

Sadly there is no further info in the upcoming hidden section where i would think that it is stated if the 125% of base damage for ignite was touched or not.
28% lower could mean that it now will be 90% of base, but it is not really clear.

Yeah it will be 90% of base.
Spells that were buffed by 40% will have same ignite damage as before.

No, they released them earlier the last 2? leagues aswell.
