It was powerfull skill, but take notice, that on higher difficulty levels it's not so powerfull anymore. So reducing damage and collision size is not greatest decision. Now cold-casters have no good range attack skill...

This! Skill sucks at higher levels pretty much... it's pretty OP in the low levels... xD

Several skills suffer from early OPness though to be fair :)

With my full mana pool I can only cast around 7-8 Freezing Pulse. At what level does the Mana Leech gem leech 2% mana?


7-8 spells should be able to kill a few enemies, enough to get a potion charge or two. If not, take off a few support gems. I know FP is getting a nerf but it shouldn't take you 8 casts of anything to get a kill unless you are in a party.

Not have infinite mana will let the devs balance dps vs cost (since before it didn't matter)
