yeah, this "most items that previously dropped identified now drop unidentified" was unnecessary, bad and ugly

Cycling Damage Reduction has been reworked and is now "Adaptive Resistances". Monsters will become resistant to the highest damage type taken (Fire, Cold, Lightning or Chaos).


BEHOLD, many of you complained about these monsters taking no damage when they cycle to, e.g fire dmg and you deal fire damage, but NO MORE! they fixed it, they are now always almost immortal.

No. it is 100% nerfed, dead and unworthy, and good riddance BTW, for several years bow meta was brutally dominated by boring dead-end_game TS+frenzy stacking build

I would highly recommend not to do this, cause all corrupted items will be simply filtered out...


For rare items... sure. Although this may be a buff for Chaos Recipe? I don't actually remember if it works with corrupted items.

The biggest difference for this change is always corrupted uniques. We'll get those "WOW!" moments when someone IDs a 1-passive Voices or whatever.

It's presumably a mostly thematic change, rather than being desired for gameplay reasons.
F*ck you for these brand nerfs. Storm brand absolutely gutted, and for what? You're taking away tons of charm power. Completely uncalled for. Nerf top end damage with perfect gear, stop nerfing spell gems and making them unfun to play.
GOOD:
TS nerfed
KB of frag (play it, it was busted) didnt need to be destroyed like that but there is normal KB.
Boots which give charges (speed nefr is irrelevant because you have frenzy charges)
SRS nefred (beginner frendly build but it was overpowered)
original sin nerf
PB of dissipation
Stormbrand nerf
Strongboxes minimap icon
Removing sexants
Maps craft prices and you will have all of them
Minnions buffed
some good maps coming back

BAD:
Div cards(items) dropping only from endgame bosses (as someone who love mapping more then bosses)
Melee is dead
Frostblink Buff...there will be so many frosblink builds and league starters (its broken)
Strongbox nerf
League mechanic is forced (I think im not sure) maybe I dont wanna play it and make mobs stronger
Resistance is probably the worse...if you do only one type of damage you wont be able to kill it

For now I will give it 7/10 but I must try it to see is it good or not.
