The "Detonate Mines is Triggered while you are moving" Passive Skill Mastery now grants a separate instance of the skill that is Triggered, so you can also manually detonate your Mines.

That's funny, I don't play mines, but wasn't problem there about being unable to control your detonation pace? Your separate skill instance doesn't solve this problem, when player runs like a headless chicken to dodge a boss attack, he will still detonate all his mines via mastery, instead of being able to build a longer detonation chain first.

Your current solution would work if staying perfectly still, which is impossible in your game :)

Why change Rogue Exiles lol especially so far in league?

League is just a Standard+ now indeed. It was one of the things that changed mapping and packed it with tons of mobs that could rewards you not only with MB abusers but other nice stuff. Now it's really feels like Standard. Also prices on high ilvl of it went from 2 Divs to 10-20 Chaos.

Pre-patch notes would be nice to see in future, what changes are planned to come live in 24-48 hours at least, so people could prepare in 1 or other way. Such drastic changes just either make some things obsolete or ruin the economy even further. It didn't affect me personally much but I can surely see it bringing less fun for many people or ruining their league plans / atlas trees etc.
