Got a reply through social media. They said they'll answer my mail when they reach my ticket in the queue.

" Totally ridiculous that they don't have enough team to attend people or give a proper solution applied to all than cannot access to the game they paid for. It's like hundreds of players have the exact common issue, just do a proper global fix and not go one by one.. its crazy really and at this rate seems impossible to play through christmas holidays |
