totally ridiculous managment of the issue. Losing the access to a game we paid for

Yea i know...im too impatience....Xmas finish rite? Boxing? Finished. For god sake....mind just unlock an account that being stuck since day 1 launch? Your email being flooded. yea i knew.

got a reply on my 2nd support ticket (i submitted it 10 days ago)
- they asked if I still had the issue and asked for my account name (which is already in the subject field and in the body of the email..... They also asked for my steam transaction ID, which I don't have because I got a key from Gamivo |
