Account locked Help

Knock knock, it’s still locked…..,
I have the key, but I can’t get in. The thieves have stolen everything, but the police locked the house for investigation and have been checking for months.
Day 31..........still locked
Day 32 ...........still locked
Can any from GGG please reply me? its been a month. this is ridiculous. I havent able to log in since launch day, not that i got banned or anything. I just didnt receive the unlock code from email. This issue is just a few click from Dev to resolves but you guys didn't even care to fix such a simple things. I've already send all info to you, you guys also asked me if i wanted my account lock disable.
I already reply yes to you guys, it should be just a click from your side if you wanted to help. i waiting 32 days now, how will you guys feel yourself if you in my shoe?

. Today, I just received the first email from them, which included the account name along with 4-digit numbers and a few character names. I feel quite scared, as it seems I might be in your position, waiting for months like this.It seems like an automated email from them.

I also feel like you, having to constantly check my email every day because I’m afraid I’ll miss the best time to get a response quickly. Most of the people in our situation receive an email asking for the account name and 4-digit number, along with some character names from the game. They ignore everything I or others have mentioned in the email, even when we’ve sent a detailed explanation. They only ask about the account name, 4-digit number, and character names. Is this really a support person from GGG, or just an automated email response system? My fear is shared by many here — waiting in vain for a second email response from them.

Anyone who isn't getting it somehow: pressure them on any social media you use. This is lawsuit-worthy EASILY.
At this point, the silence itself has become one of the worst answers for us. I believe it will gradually erode trust over time.
