GGG Help me please, I got hacked

I feel like a victim beyond just being a victim. My account was completely looted by a hacker, and as soon as I realized it, I immediately contacted support for help. But instead of getting assistance, it feels like I’m the one being punished—my account has been locked for over a month (Day 54).

This is despite the fact that I paid for a key or supported the game enough to access this early testing phase. I want to share my experience to question whether this account-locking process is really fair and handled correctly.

I am extremely disappointed and disheartened. It has been almost two months since my account was locked, despite having done nothing wrong. The fact that I lost access simply because I was a victim of hacking is truly frustrating.

I have regained access to my account on February 16, 2025.
