86% Less Life & ES Recovery Modifier , are you DUMB ?
You can run that mod with thiefs ring (life/mana on hit) or instant leech. For my LA Deadeye this mod is absolutely fine, however I also have mods that I don't want to run (mostly just monsters have more accuracy and burning ground because the mod should say that some small areas are actually not burning).
In general the mods are very easy compared to PoE1, where you have that cannot recover life, mana or ES mod and that reduced mod you talk about immediately goes over 100÷ in Endgame. There should be risk and reward for corrupting and even double corrupting maps via tree and there is no risk part if you can run all maps. Same goes for increased effect of modifiers via tree. If you can pick all of them and still don't have a clear downside they are simply mandatory. Without them the modifier reduced everything by 60÷ on red maps, which can be Run by anyone. So imo you either put more dangerous mods in the game to make it a choice or remove the perks. |
