Referencing all revoked acces of PoE2 (key no longer valid)

Many of us have had issues with access to the PoE2 beta.
We purchased our beta access and support the development of the game.
Unfortunately, for no reason, many have lost their access, and their key is no longer valid.
For now, no one has had a response from support regarding this issue.
A lot of speculation, but no real reason from GGG.

In order to find out more, you can answer below by providing some information. You may help to understand.

-Purchase date of the key
-Key seller
-Pack purchased
-Date of invalidity of the key
-Did you contact support by email
-When did you contact support
-Did you have a response from support

Whether we are a victim of fraud, a technical problem, or the result of hacking, we would like to have answers from GGG. Thank you

To clarify, if you obtained Early Access via a code from a friend or 3rd party service, then this may have been refunded or charged back by whomever originally purchased the Pack containing the codes.

If an Early Access Pack is refunded or charged back then all the Early Access codes that came with it are revoked, causing the recipients of these to lose access as well.

We recommend purchasing Early Access from our purchase page directly, or via the official store page for the platform you play on.
Then what we can do ?

Wait until support solve the problem? or buy new cd-key via original methods off payment ?

And i have question... if i buy new cd-key i get acess to my stuf in game ?
If you purchased a key from a 3rd party, we are not able to offer support for this and you will need to discuss this with the person who you purchased the key from.

Your game progress will still be available if you purchase Early Access again.

Many have lost their access without requesting a refund.
It seems normal to me that the key is revoked if it has been refunded. However this is not the case.
I bought myself on a third party site (kinguin), everything works well, one day I no longer had access.
There are many of us in this case.

Unfortunately this is a common risk when purchasing redeem codes via 3rd party sites. As mentioned, this is not something we are able to offer support for.
So the answer for that is:

You lost your access to PoE2, shame on you, you shouldn't buy anywhere other than the official website. Ask for a refund.

I requested a refund for my key. But as expected, it has still not been followed up.

:(
I'm afraid we're not able to refund purchases made via 3rd party sites. In this case, you will need to contact whoever you purchased the key from.
Ok this is getting frustrating very quickly....

15$ purchase - I bought a key off a market to test the game (SHAME ON ME), key deactivated after 20 days
30$ purchase - I bought the supporter pack with another key when I very much liked the game, now this friend has already activated the key.
30$ additional purchase - I upgraded the supporter pack thinking it would give me another additional key... nope, it does not.

Oh well, guess I'll purchase ANOTHER 30$ basic support pack since the next upgrade does not seem to include a support key.*

Total expense: 15$ (burned) + 90$ (to GGG)

Well played GGG, well played... I'm not even mad, just impressed 👏
Update: I said WHAT THE HELL and spent 110$ more, to get the additional key and the Tshirt... YOu got me good folks... well played... I would still love to see what happens to the original resold cd keys, if someone initially obtained them to resell them, they mush hold a minimal value, not too fair deleting it com,pletely...
