my experience about this issue.
- I bought a key on Kinguin.net on December 26, 2023. - I entered my key on the official website pathofexile.com - Key validated by GGG - I play PoE2Beta - Three weeks later, error message when connecting to the game "you do not have access to the beta." - Checked on the pathofexile.com website for my access, and no more key or access. - Contact Kinguin technical support on January 17, 2025. - Investigation from Kinguin. - Contact GGG technical support on January 17, 2025. - Response from GGG technical support on January 23, 2025. "we do not provide support for purchases on third-party sites." - Refund of my key by Kinguin on January 23, 2025. - Purchase of the new key on the pathofexile.com website - Key validated by GGG - Back in the game! No loss, character and stuff still present! I understand that it is very complicated to manage the development of a game and a community, with its share of problems... But what I can't understand is why keys have been deleted/invalidated without being notified and not even given an explanation. Of course, people will be unhappy and ask for explanations! How are valid keys, validated or generated by GGG, accepted on the official website, sold on third-party sites??? (and revoked afterwards) I really don't understand how we can buy keys, have them validated, and a few weeks later the key we paid for is taken away from us. Soo, back to the game for now ! I bought a new key, and I took and kept screenshots of all the steps of my purchase, in case there were any other problems....... I won't get fooled a second time. And no more purchases for PoE. GGG, Despite all these setbacks, GGG you have all my respect! Your game is sublime, and I know it's very difficult to manage all the problems. Be strong! |

" Seriously? 😄 I don't understand why you say that. 🤷♂️ We know that. We are not stupid... The keys were not reused. That's logical! The problem is that YOU have invalidated keys without notification or explanation. And many are still trying to understand why. It’s easy to understand. Anyway, we need to refund and buy another key. Easy to understand too. Despite everything, you have my support. Good luck to manage this. |
