PoE 2 has lost over 80% of its players in 3 months.

The only game in town that needs to redo Act 1, 2, and 3 two times.

D2 you did all the acts 3 times

D2 also did not have any endgame save for Mephisto runs, barely any of the QoL features modern games are expected to have etc. One small problem - that was quarter of a CENTURY ago.

Last time I checked, the year is 2025 and they don't really sell cars without AC/power steering, monochrome cellphones with buttons and console game cartridges that lose your saved games when their batteries run out anymore...
Don't worry. In 0.2 they ll add act 4 and you ll have to run 4 acts two times )
Good thing is, though, acts is the only enjoyable content in this game.
GGG maintained its consistent style.
Just stick to your obsession.
Players like to play or not. I don't care.
Any another arpgs lost over 99% of its players in 3 months)
Chris's takover of the game with his inane design design decisions will keep driving people away. Though it really doesnt matter. They got their money.

PoE 2 has lost over 80% of its players in 3 months because of balance issues.

As someone who never played POE1, this is why I uninstalled PoE2. After Technical Fixes/Performance Optimization, Game Balance is the most important aspect of design in my opinion. The devs electing to ignore balance except for when they want to do a 'reset' cemented my disinterest.

This number will keep climbing so long as GGG maintains this inane, month(s)-long delay between addressing Game Balance.

Balance is the least of their problems, the gameplay itself is bad and its missing 50% of the content.
The gameplay is bad because the balance is bad.
Yea, I have found I am less likely to log on anymore. The economy is so screwed up. Their response on fixing it with a league is not good enough. If you miss the initial push where the economy is in good shape it is a bad experience for players.

If SSF would have an improved rarity boost I would never do standard play. There is just no point. I have not played much the last couple week buts I went 4 weeks without finding a divine. Sidegrades for my main were 10+ divines. This is when 130 ex = 1 divine. Now that it is 400ish ex for 1 divine trade is game over.

I feel like GGG does not punish exploiters. Which they ruined the economy. For those still having fun gg, I hope it continues. However, I am not a world first racer type. However I do want to enjoy the game in its entirety.

They have a lot of work ahead of them.
