GGG, you need to fix Alva npc flipping NOW!
As for div price inflation, poe2 has no currency sinks to speak of, and crafting has been made even more repulsing compared to poe1, since now you need new copy of base item for every attempt, not many players would fiddle with this mess.

So all in all, you guys are saying is ok that we can just sit at alva and make 4000 exalts just for spending gold in couple hours yea? like .. realllly?

Like, whats the point of even doing maps then if Alva is the way to "farm" instead.

" Wait for instant buyouts and/or AH being a thing, not playing the game being meta (from economical perspective) isn't really new anyway (hideout warrior flipping, crafting, mirrorservice etc) I don't think your example is a huge problem, 150ex/h doesn't really sound much given divine value which drop quite frequently in moderate juiced maps and with magic find |

Keep in mind, the regals was just an example, you can flip other things for much more/faster profit.....

" mate in 150 ex you can make in 5-10 mins easily, I did that 147 not focusing doing it, just typing here mostly. |

" Depends on why you play the game. One of my complaints about PoE is that GGG thinks they're some Central Bank of a country trying to steer the economy into growing. Last Epoch has an offline mode that allows you to literally "save edit" your characters. Do you think anyone does it "for fun"? Nope. The reality is that the vast majority of people just want to play to have fun. You give them a "cheat code to win the game" and they might use it once, regret it, and go back playing the normal way. People don't farm just for the sake of making currency. They usually have a goal. Usually it involves reinvesting the currency in making other characters, sometimes is just a personal goal of acquiring "X" amount of divines. Either way, the point is that most players wouldn't abuse this. Last edited by _rt_#4636 on Feb 27, 2025, 1:02:33 PM

lol now the ratio on the regals started to be about the same since I posted this 500:1 both ways, I see ppl trying to sell 140k regals in one order rolf
edit: NVM ratio is back to how it was... buying regals is 400-900 per 1 exalt selling regals is 36 per 1 exalt this is hilarious. happy "farming" guys...... Last edited by loopax55#5378 on Feb 27, 2025, 1:21:40 PM

" Yeah since they can get so easy exalts from alva, then they buy divs with those exalts from alva (raising the div price daily because is too much demand) and finally they sell the divs for real money, thats a real good deal for them isn't it ? ;) Last edited by loopax55#5378 on Feb 27, 2025, 1:27:34 PM

" Well, sure, if you live in a country with a lot of poverty and you need to play a videogame as a job and that's why you play PoE, then this Alva thing is very good. But that's the thing: these players are not playing PoE because they like the game, or they have a set goal. They're just playing to farm currency and RMT it to make real money. You also forget, but they DON'T play the game anyway. They just leave several bots running in parallel farming maps. And there's a possibility that all these Regals being dumped on Alva are actually FROM these RMT botters themselves... Last edited by _rt_#4636 on Feb 27, 2025, 2:14:27 PM
