Open passive skill tree, read the passive that says "increased skill effect duration", then check the support gem and think about the effect it could have on the lightning warp. Also your answer to zriL is kinda silly, so to say.

i like the changes but unfortunately, my dialogue sound and other npc got bugged after patch and its almost completely silent now. and im also noticing much more desync & lag issues. it was manageable before, not it almost got me killed 2 times in 15 mins.
