DO ORB OF CHANCE EVER WORK ?

1230 hours of playing only got 5 or 6 low tiers item worth to dez to get more orb of chance. This feels like a con to me.

They basically never work considering how rare they are. I used about 30 chance orbs on stellar amulets 0/30, and around another 30 on sapphire rings and got 1 ring and it turned out to be the crappy one that's worthless.

It does, but it seems for some reason I can't get anything from it lately. I think like last 40-50 (maybe more) did not get a single thing.
HC SSF. What else? Ruthless when?

The chance to get chase items from chance are somewhere around 1/1000-2000. So yea, don't get your hope up too much. Also every gambling thing in this game is rarer than getting a ssr in any gacha game I feel like
