Toggle for items to drop identified

You are thinking wrong.

All the players who pick and identify items, are doing it for profit.

You will take this from them, because when all the work is done by your loot filter, those items will become common and cheap.

It is logical.

Fuck that. Having items drop identified will offer the posibility to have extremely valuable item drops and some not so valuable item drops that would otherwise be more expensive than they should, because the only way they enter the game is the way you described.

NO, it will not offer any possibilities. Because, again, the chance you will find decent rares is zero in this game. Keep dreaming to find something "extremely valuable" it will never happen. Never. I only gave you good advice to go crafting and you are argueing instead.

ilvl82 Warmonger bow that dropped from Xesht with a perf T1 179% phys affix.
Sold it unfractured for a safe 30 divines, could've also taken the fracture gamble and sell it for 115 divines if successful.

But yeah, rares are useless. You're the expert.
Would be cool to see this implemented as an unlockable feature after defeating Arbiter or something like that, aside from the odd lucky drop Arbiter first completion is incredibly underwhelming - usually the most beneficial reward is the atlas points.
im not sure if this is some sort of ragebait post.

either way i didnt have to finish reading, i rushed straight to the replies and they did not dissapoint. Even OP is doubling down.

people will complain about literally anything other than things that are actual problems.

What are you saying... Once in a lifetime you have found something sellable and trying to use it as an arguement? It's ridiculous, one of thousand players after playing 1000 hours each have found 30 divine worth item? And thinking this is an "extremely valuable" item in addition. Nice.

No you couldn't if you didn't. And likely you sold it underpriced anyway.
Generally I'm trying to prove the crafting is far more superior than stacking rarity or generally hoping to loot decent rares. Identified or not. And this is freaking SO! Why are the people keep argueing, I don't understand.

I have spent around 60 hours in campaign, another 60 hours or so mapping till level 97 and another 60 afking and crafting. The last phase brought me 3 mirrors. Do the poeple know what are the mirrors? An orb worth around 2000 divines each. And then that dude come out to say he have looted 30 divines trashy item. Like WTF?

Once in a lifetime? That was just one example of rare item drops I had this season that were fetching a good price. Are really good rare crafting bases common? No, absolutely not but finding decent rares is also not a "zero chance" orrucrance as you put it and to which I was replying. And for the casual joe, a 30 div gain is significant.

And yes, at that point in time a fractured perf T1 %phys ilvl82 Warmonger was selling for about 115 divines. 115 x 0,25 = 28.75 div so I sold it for slightly above odds price at 30 div.

And just to make this clear, I am not argueing about how to get "rich" because every somewhat experienced PoE player knows that you do that by being a hideout warrior and profit craft, I am just argueing the narrative that ground loot is worthless because it's simply not.
Had an idea a few years ago of replacing loot filters with a passive tree for itemisation, so you could put points into making for example more daggers drop if you're a dagger build at the expense of something else. Meant to help with SSF issues but this kind of idea would also fit nicely with that.
