We have an OP that is just 6 paragraphs of specific complaints about endgame mapping, which is valid. Probably has something to do with his choice of skills or shell and not wanting to play meta. Hopefully they add more cool stuff to play with that people like him can use.

Then we have the discussion. I don't see anyone talking about anything the OP did. Everyone is just piggybacking a separate complaint.

IMO this is not a fresh ground for debate. We are on the same site. Just use the threads that actually head the issue you want to discuss, because these messy trauma dump threads are unfollowable.

You are acting as if you are somehow righteous by way of winning arguments for the just side.

A righteous individual would not care to waste their time and effort on a nonsense debate without even a title, because they would know participating in inflammatory nonsense only gives it more credence.

If they do not know what they are talking about, then they will piggy-back off others knowledge warping it with their own bias to attempt to confirm their already made conclusions. If you do not give them the ammunition, then all they will do is echo some nonsense out of context into the void.

I'll be honest with you. I only have four characters: two non-league, and two in Rise of Abyss. you are right.

99 Infernalist, 94 Warbringer non-league. Then I made a 96, and the new one is an 88 Infernalist and Strom Weaver. You're right, I don't play any meta, but at least both my Infernalists are killing anything in the game in stealth mode. No exaggeration. The Arbiter on maximum difficulty doesn't even have time to cast Fire Strom, because I kill him in seconds. I only play the character I identify with. I love minion builds; I've always been like that.

I actually stopped playing because I've seen this scenario before, and believe me, this game will be like what they did with Diablo 3: they destroyed the Diablo franchise. It's very condescending for Jonathan to say: we don't want the player to accumulate life. Jay Wilson said almost the same sentence.

I hope you read this, before GGG removed this post because of "negative comments " and other bull shit community conduct.

You know this is a character builder.
Know how in dark souls you can pick up a rusty dagger and then go beat the final boss. It will take a bit, but your skills of memorization , your reflex timing , and pattern recognition will save the day.

See how in dark souls you never really get stronger , and the enemies all do roughly the same damage , I mean a hit from a dragon , and a swipe from a XYZ mob do roughly the same damage .... all the armour all the stats , usually get you one more hit before you die, in awesome gear 2 more hits. Cause dark souls anit about the gear,,, Its Fashion Souls wear whatever you want to look good... Best player in the world play's naked with a pot on his head.
