" U're right, we can't know yet. But after what they did to PoE in 3.27 I don't give them the benefit of the doubt anymore. " Granted we don't know the exact formula or even the exact numbers, if we assume what they said in the video is true, the OP is correct. Imagine the scenario: 100 monsters drops 100gold each, after killing all 100, you get 10,000 gold. Now we reduce the number of monsters by 40%, but increase loot by 40%. Now each monster drops 140 gold, but instead of killing 100 monsters, you now have 60 monsters to kill. 60 monsters giving 140 gold each is 8400 gold. I'm using gold just as an example, btw. |
