If you can upgrade runes into greater, Why not orbs?

Currently you trade Ex:PerfEx 500:1

And you want to reduce that to 9:1?

Just make perfect exalts common drops then. There would be no need for it to be a Tink anymore. Same with perfect Chaos.

This would also trivialize crafting. Great for everyone except for GGG because their logic is: no items for players = more playtime = more money
