1. You missed the note from chris a few days ago that a way to redo the bandits is being worked on

2. The 40 hp and 18 phys are in two different difficulties.

NOONE could test these out themselves and noone knows (except devs and alpha testers) how they will change current builds and open up new ones. Just wait for the final patch notes, the skill tree, try out the game after the patch and if you still feel it's "nerfed to the ground" then you can complain.

Inner force nerf? You also nerfing melees with physical builds. imo.
Most builds like i do use high physical weapons = that means i gain more ele dps converted from hatred, added fire damage gem.
Same thing with buff from Inner force to haste/hatred ehm. That all is connected with physical builds.

But i understand now... You trying to make only pure physical builds viable.

So you are giving us new options to bring up elemental resistance cap, that is nice, but why would you nerf Elemental Adaptation before giving us those other options? This makes no sense.

the thing is, they don't understand what rebalancing means, melee is too weak? ok buff that shit! BUT DON'T TOUCH OTHER CLASSES otherwise you will have unbalance again!

So from "lowered FP damage" you drew the conclusion that you "won't be able to even clear lvl 66 maps with any spec."

Right.

Its a bit different from CI Freeze Pulsers, who will most likely be completely fucked now.

EA, IF, FP, Granite nerf, literally everything the build is based around.

Its not FP nerf.Its still best spell to cast on its own cause every other is insanly weak.

They nerfed like every single passive note I take, and many other people do it like me.

Most likley the only viable build woill be RoA and some meele builds

I thought GGG is balacing with a brain, not like riot: "Oh thats good lets make it bad"
