I think they said that they're making iron rings added damage increase with phys damage nodes, but whether this is included in the patch, I got no clue. They need to be careful with iron rings due to their massive effect combined with facebreaker and with the upcoming change, the pillar of the caged god.

Hopefully one of the new rings and amulets adds % physical damage, possibly even % life regen. Meanwhile it'd be interesting to see some of the % values on current ring/amulets changed to flat increases, like a flat mana regen amulet.

The nerfs are sensible.

FP, Spark, Inner Force... All too good. Plus many other variables have changed, so in a way it's a new game. I wonder if Bow skills are in line, though. Specially Lightning Arrow.

Blood Magic builds, which were too desirable, are also made less powerful by some Mana/Regen buffs (particularly Clarity).

I wish they'd rebalance some Auras, though. It should be more viable to have a character that uses NO auras.

Looking forward to revisiting MELEE!!! :- D

Nerfed spark, ek, freezing pulse, righteus fire by reducing elemental adaptation... generally GGG destroyed all best builds so far...bit sad

Agreed. One of my biggest pet peeves is the fact auras are basically required on every character I make. It isn't really planned, you just always use certain auras like it's a given.

I'm glad they nerfed it. Now it's still good if you are going through that area, but it's not so powerful that you feel like you need to get it.

Nerf to FP, EK and Spark in an attempt to make melee builds popular, but the reason why people don't play mmelee is because melee skills and support gems suck! GGG has got it all wrong.
