I use ice spear, faster casting, gmp, elemental proliferation for generate charges.
One for bosses does like 3x+ damage than one from packs of mobs

If you have difficulty targeting mobs, try zooming in a bit. The game allows you to choose your own balance between mob targeting size and field of view. I usually play melee at half to fully zoomed-in, and ranged at half to fully zoomed-out.

thanks, but at least for me no way. I like my screen zoom, and dont think its a problem.

Cold snap is a utility crowd control skill, and it's important to hit the correct things with it. making it auto-target on a monster would centre the spell on a particular monster of a group when targeting the ground in the centre of the group, thus preventing you from hitting some targets that you otherwise would have. The ability to carefully target this skill is necessary to it's use, and auto-targeting on monsters like arc would destroy that.
