Most pleasant Arsenal ever?

That map is just one big miserable bottleneck. Dead ends everywhere, difficult to navigate, claustrophobic, and not to mention the always pleasant puncturing. Even in A3, I just bolt through the warehouses without fighting anything. Absolutely hate that place.

I agree with this and most other things said in this thread. This map needs an overhaul badly.
vaal or no balls
Navigation is annoying on this map. Still run it sometimes, just to remind me how annoying this map is. Hope it can be improved at some point.
Might be interesting if they added a basement area below the map that connects all the buildings together via ladders/stairs.

Considered one of the worst maps due to its confusing layout, most players tend to avoid this map once they build a solid pool of other maps. This map mimics the Warehouse zone in Act III. There isn't much to be said about this map other than it being a real pain in the ass to run, taking nearly double the time of other maps. The boss is a copy of the Golem boss in Crematorium in Act III.
The only other map to earn Lyralei's one-star mark of disapproval is Underground Sea (70).

The reason I think the map sux is coz you can't see into the buildings. You have to actually step into the building to see anything which gives you very little time to react to dangerous mobs.
And it doesn't help that most magic and rare monster seem to be positioned right at the entrance to each building.

ugh this times 1000. Can't see inside. Sit outside until freaking alchemist or incinerator bombs you. not fun. I always vendor them for a springs.

Cool I'll see what I can do about those narrow passageways..

I think the passageways itself aren't a big problem, more that they can just be blocked and you ahve to turn around run quiet a bit back. What would be fun if you could just destroy the blockage in a couple of hits. That would also give bonus points in the "destructable environment"- category ;)

And this idea just came to me: What would be pretty fun if you could destroy some of the walls of the warehouses so that you would end up on the street again.
Both suggestions shouldn't even be programmatically challenging since they are like big versions of barrels blocking the way ^^

I don't want to sound like a douche, I can even try to convince myself that this was a purely 'go through steps for feedback' post.

But, really, seriously, did you actually need to ask this?

There is so much suck about this map, that to ask what sucks about it, triggers some thoughts I'd rather not mention.
Casually casual.

And I'd happily trade Arsenals to UGSs at 3:1 even if they were in the same tier.
Casually casual.

If you:
- do something about the layout
- but keep those very dangerous portals
the map would be a very good candidate for a much higher level (73+)

As is, the map takes too long, and, because its only 67, is too dangerous for its cost and therefore vendored.

Underground River is also a very annoying map to run with many dead ends, but, since it is a 74, you are forced to play it.
