So? You have had a lot of time essentially exploiting an oversight in GGG's balancing, congratulations on your good fortune, now you will have to run catacombs a few times to get it leveled, this is hardly a game breaking tragedy.

You could level CWDT slightly and run lower level defensive gems!

I started a melee char recently as after the righteous fire nerf active spellcasting (not using dual totem cheese or discharge cheese is just plain weak compared to 10x cheaper melee builds).
Boy, what a repetitive chore melee is. Like, no cool combos, no requirement to stay mobile during fight, just point and click from one monster group to other, all day long.
Where is the action in this action RPG?

I repeat myself, take a break from your no doubt endless grind of 78 maps and go hit docks, or catacombs, christ go and help some people farm ledge for a few hours and level your Codt.
How many hours have you put into perfecting your build? You can't spare a few more to level a stupidly useful gem?
