About Voltaic Guardians: Finally a rare spawned for me in a Temple map (lvl 71) - after 5-6 runs.
Map mods: my map did NOT had monster variety or increased rare monster mods. Hope this helps for some. GL! |

Finally found a voltaic today, in a necropolis, there were two. No variety or rare mod.
