What's the Worst Unique in Path of Exile?

IMO all uniques are at least worth 5 chance, and anything below 15 is so easy to convert to chance with normal merviel runs, you can make quite a few stacks quite easy.

Maybe some day the devs will stealth-buff Crown of Thorns by hiding the Pain Attunement keystone somewhere on the passive tree where it's awkward for low-life spellcasters to get at.
