Low level items with high level required mods...
ZiggyD is the Labyrinth of streamers, some like it, some dont, but GGG will make sure to push it down ur throat to make you like it

Heatshiver. I was glad some scrub named Tarkleigh bought it off me. Kinda pissed he only gave me alt shards though.

These 2 are really bad. That amulet isn't worth it to use even when leveling summoner :x I've used all other uniques in this thread in different builds or for power leveling, shavronnes pace and pain attunement helm excluded. Crown of Thorns is a build enabling unique which has its use. I used it to great effect in LLD before Scion was introduced.
Heatshiver give + 2 to ele hit.. pretty op. it seems most people fail to realize the purpose of these uniques. they who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety

There is no such thing as a "bad" unique. There are some that are more suited to particular builds, level ranges, skill choices, etc. than others, but there are none that are "bad". Just because something doesn't fit in with your build, or because you fail to see a niche that can be filled with an item does not make it "bad".
Just because something isn't godly at end-game doesn't relegate it to the rubbish heap. Case in point - Sidhebreath. Hillock dropped this on a Nemesis reroll of my EK shadow. Massive mana regen was awesome, and the minion bonuses were gravy that allowed to me to use Raise Zombie all through normal diff without ever being tempted to look at the minion nodes. I don't use the Sidhebreath anymore, but it was just what the doctor ordered for the first 25 levels. (used Animate Guardian, Raise Zombies, and Animate Weapon to great effect, esp once I hit lvl 13 and could run Hatred...) |
