Did it the same way but was farming Cruel City of Sarn for inner treasure. Took me about 3h~ of farming with 30sec to 1min runs each. If you are going for a specific unique (which is erm kinda hard), you should kill rares/bosses that are close to the level of the item. So for Headhunter I'd go for Merveil, Gneiss or Hailrake in Cruel. I did Merv cruel a long time and got Respite, Astramentis and so on there. And for the shrines again: Just reset the City of Sarn WP until you have all of the shrines. Maybe group up for that. No wonder thunderfists are so rare atm lol, all these people completing the challanges atm have apparently been hoarding them for quitte a while :) A week ago Sunleonid asked me to guess how many people would complete all 8 and based on the thunderfist availlability i guessed no more then 13. Id still be quitte surprised if its gonna be more then 16-20 though, but what do I know.
