I'm very happy that phase run was removed. The gem's mechanic kinda forced me into using it on every my character which I find really annoying.
I think GGG did right. Those new quicksilver flasks look very interesting and I will definitely use them. :)

Just to point this out: Ever been hit by a 9k damage phase-run flicker strike-crit, in pvp.

why wouldn't they just , you know REMOVE the damage part of phaserun?
is it that mind shatteringly hard to do ?
remove 50% damage buff ,
increased the base speed to 30% , done
how hard is that.
now there is a flask? , flasks require killing mobs to refill , cant do 2 minute boss runs if I have to stop every now and then and kill things that i have no need of killing.

2 min boss runs are slow :| Ranger with full run speed spec ftw!
More seriously, I don't know why they didn't just ADD the flasks. I would use flasks over PR anyday.

2 min includes vendoring, and the 330 iir and 80 iiq which I admit slows shit down when you gotta make 4 trips
