1.3 [Newbie Friendly] GROUNDSLAMMER BUILD

Yeah just realised that, did not know this before that's why I was so late to change to this setup. Seems much better now anyway for obvious reasons that it casts molten shell/enduring/immortal call faster than I can do it manually. Half way to next level now mapping at 73, multi-strike with both heavy strike and ground slam is also much better for me now, was feeling very slow without it using Marohi but now it's much better, leeching more and the melee splash is helping out so much. Again, thanks a lot for your help :)

I have immortal call on CwDT level 9 at the moment so it procs only after I've taken a little bit of damage but I'm finding it is still keeping endurance charges at 7 most of the time staying back using ground slam and only really proc's when I need it.

I have just a feeling that after 370 pages this topic has grown to complex for me and for the original concept the OP presented but was edited last on March 6th and that's not to far away.

I'm still playing Solo first time through Marauder Normal Ambush League Self-Find. It does me no good to see any use of high-level gear, rares, and uniques loaded with sockets and links and gems at this point in discussions about this and that when I am still finding and checking vendors nothing approaching them while still shy of level 20.

The char feels well after beating Brutus without needing one town visit (no resurrection). That was a first! But after there have been two Vaal Corruption areas (red entry with beating heart) where the bosses have in some mismanagement confusion on my part perhaps beat Ratsneve's Life down 2/3 and without successful escape died. So, imo, it is far to soon to consider things like Blood Magic.

The problem... I think I logically want nodes like Born to Fight, Butchery, Accuracy and Reduced Mana Cost, and Armor Mastery--but if I get all that it will be quite a while before venturing from these local clusters. Why is this a bad bad plan of passive action to take?

I have six corrupted gems at this point I'm very leery of using?

hey ratsneve; I'm using this build in invasion solo and didn't trade for anything until the end of act2(was nervous for vaal overlord) level 28 so far and going strong; if you go resolute techniques then accuracy is useless. also the build has worked great for me just following OP; however I'm going to skip blood magic untill I run into mana issues. here's my passive so far

armor early on is much less valuable than life because increasing life pool makes it harder to get stuned; increases your life regen (because of +x% of max hp to life regen) and also give you more life where as armor is just physical dmg resistance.

also I'm not using any corrupted gems because it seems pointless to have a slightly better gem equiped if i can only use it a little bit of the time (ofc maybe I just haven't found any good ones yet)

also born to fight only increases PHYSICAL melee dmg and ground slam is fire; additionally almost all mobs die in 2 ground slams unless magic or elite and then just use heavy strike; yet to have any cases where I needed more damage

Sorry just to correct the above post. GS is phys damage not fire. Melee phys increases help. You may have an added fire gem in your link which makes a portion of your damage fire
oops I just assumed cuz the animation is all firey...
wow this means I've been avoiding groundslaming fire resist monsters for nothing -_-
i dont like BM gem, it is better to have BM like passive skill, on one side y will forgot about using auras but y will get less cost for spels looking trought mana-life and looking that y will have one slot more for some add dmg. i dont like using slow mace and thinking that is better to have some fast, first y will get faster HP back.



i am using this combo for EC



CWDT are at lvl 6, that is just fine for now to triger other cast without spaming alot.

at the moment i dont have HP for doing solo piety and that is becouse rule ''all res on max'' :D and that cost, and price for high lvl gear at abush are just to high at the moment.
THE SKILL TREE HAVE SOME BLANK NODES ON THE WAY, WHAT IS IT??

voidhome mace. im lvl 56 and got one its got amaizing dmg compared to what i had but the loss in xp and rarity really sucks. currently farming ledge runs with it

thoughts??
