Why is soul Taker so outrageously expensive??

im curious what dps figures people are able to get with the legacy and non legacy weapon is it generally is relegated to an aegis tank build which heavily prioritizes defensives.

I doubt ppl using ST ever actually tried heavily invest there points into Life Regen node. I was once holding ST, sold it after I realized it's not necessary at all.

can't say for legacy. For non legacy ~28-30K with Aegis, 50-60K dual wield, with NO MIRROR WORTHY gear.

Without St we can hold a shield.

My Cyclone Dps was 30K with St. Ditched it now I have 25K Dps, but gain 43%+ Spell block(Should be around 68% later). Not yet talking about Max Resist + Defense + Hp.

Whatever I think I should just only talk about Dual Wielding here. Even for the damage, St is just not worth it value.

Agree. Only good point of St I found is I can spam Leap Slam, which is kind of useless I can walk. No offense.

The truth is the different between me(That time was using St + Leap Slam) and my party members(None movement skill) walking around the map is pretty much the same. At most they'll need roughly 3-5 sec more at max just to catch me.

Tbh I never actually use Kaom's Heart(13K Hp pic is just for showing off).

Roughly 6.5K Hp with normal defense gear tho. The point's still the same anyway, you can maintain mana pool fine with either Mana or Life Regen. Just don't spam your Cyclone(That was actually what I did the very first time I stopped using Soul Taker. LOL).

Edit: Hmm. I think we can maintain mana pool fine without St.

Huh? Who said you can't use a shield with ST? What does that have to do with a main hand weapon and the dps loss in a linked skill set by having to add in blood magic?

If you're only using leap slam/flicker/etc to move around for convenience, you're doing it wrong.

Oh my bad. :) I actually thought you're talking about Dual Wielding. And now kind of cunfused about dps loss linking BM too 'cos I think you're the one mentioned it.

So we're talking about Shield with St or without? I have no doubt without St can do hell lot more damage then even with blood magic linked. At the same time, no mana prob without St.

I could only used melee skills to move around as I have 98% Mana Reserved. Lack of experienced on movement skills, no comment there. :P

ST allow you to use melee damage on full life (which is 79% MORE physical damage) because your offhand will be an aegis aurora.

Melee on full life is 49%
ST is a piece of crap. It made sense when it was still 35 ex for a legacy. Now i cant help but feel disappointed when someone buys a legacy ST instead of mirroring a top 1 hander. Mana is not an issue for a lot of skills if you are smart. You will run into a damage wall that cant e broken cuz ST is weak and has no crit

Nobody buys a ST they rent it till they're done. Therefore they cost 0 exalt to use.
