Seconded and confirmed. Partially breaks my Incenerator. Hopefully this is a bug and not a stealth nerf...please?
Spell totem
1) 40% -> 50% less damage
2) 30% reduced cast speed -> 30% less cast speed

and now...

3) No Spell Echo.

Why do you hate totems so much?

Whatever... maybe the son of a GGG dev hate totems, or love too much CoC / Discharge / Mjölner / Crown of Eyes / other shit that breaks the game.

L. warp is not working with cast when stunned either
So after restarting POE after the update, i get this message:
Your pack file has become corrupted. Currently the only way to fix this is to delete Content.ggpk and download it again by running the client.

Having a slow connection means i am out of the game for about 24-30 hrs.

I promise i won't complain about desync again :(

Balance:

We have reduced its mana cost so that it costs the same per second as before. The Rogue Exile Ash Lessard and the Corrupted Area boss Haviri, Vaal Metalsmith are also affected by this change.
  • Most monsters now hit more frequently for less damage with Ball Lightning. Multiple projectiles from the same Ball Lightning volley use cannot simultaneously hit. Vessel of the Vaal has not been affected by these changes.
  • We have reduced the Dodge and Spell Dodge from Vaal Grace. The duration has been increased.
  • We have increased the damage of Raging Spirits. At gem level 1 it is 21% higher, which scales down to no increase at gem level 8 and 9. The damage then scales up at higher levels to 66% more damage at gem level 20.
  • We have increased the spawn speed of the Stream of Monsters mod on ambush chests.

Bug Fixes:
  • Fixed a bug where Cast Times on skills were not on the Skill Gem display.
  • Fixed a bug where Reave dealt main-hand damage, even on off-hand hits.

Embarrassing.

After years of "developing":
- no pvp
- no auction house but shitty "trade chat"
- no progress or even info on fixing desync
- shit drops (drop rate)

but more and more cosmetic items, seems like GGG has got plenty of time / ressources to implement new skins over and over again.

Wish I never had spent 500+ $ to support this game hoping anything will get better.

Do you really think that the MTA people can do what the PvP, desync and trade people can do? And an AH is already there, poe.xyz. And a new trade system is being worked on its just not ready yet.
