PvP Swiss Connection Problems Fixed

In 1.3.0g today, we've fixed the problems that occurred last weekend where some players in Swiss matches weren't able to get into their next instances. While this only affected a few people, we're very sorry it occurred and are very glad this is now fixed.
Oh, and also this one too: You can now re-enter a Swiss tournament after withdrawing, if the next round hasn't started yet. Lead Developer. This made me go from 2nd to 11th. Glad this is being fixed though, nice job GGG for fixing these bugs very fast.
