Please follow the steps here and post the information in this thread.

Once I get that - I will look into this for you.

A couple of things I see:
  • Very spikey latency/ping at your router.
  • Packet loss of 1-2% from your router
  • There may be a routing issue, where packets are going through an american peering network instead of a direct route

Are you using wireless? If you are, try connecting with an Ethernet cable to see it it helps.

I will check with our provider to see if the routing can be improved from their side. It might not be able to be improved, but I will see what they say.
im not using wifi because is more unstable, my ISP is claro, and yeah the routing must be the problem...
I've received an update from our provider:

"
All alternative routes have been reviewed and it was discovered the route runs through Miami. At this time all routes that connect to your ISP run through the US, therefore there is not a "more efficient" route available.

I'm still trying to gather some more information.
A further update:

"
Here is a brief summary to provide the ISP:

"When searching for alternative routes in the Softlayer network, it has been determined that the only learned routes, run through the US to get to the Sao Paolo location. If there are alternate routes that can reach Chile to Sao Paolo please identify them so that we can utilize the most efficient path. Currently, Softlayer identified the most efficient route is through Miami, please verify."

This should give them the information they need to check and see if there is anything our network is overlooking.
still having the same problem... 165 ping in texas, 288 ping in brazil gateway...

are you trying to tell me that i have to provide that info to my ISP? i dont think they would do a thing to fix the problem...

or what do i have to tell them exactly to fix the problem, now talisman is near and i really want to play it,

I'm sorry but this info doesn't seem accurate. The problem is new. I used to get 65 ping from Argentina like everyone else and now it's above 230.
